Itinerary
Meet at adex base – 15 min before the tour starts
Bike fitting and safety check before departure.
Transfer & Bike Setup at Shiomi Park – Approx. 40 min
Van transfer with bikes loaded, followed by final setup at the park.
Upon arrival, your guide will help unload the bikes and assist with seat height adjustments, helmet fitting, and a pre-ride safety briefing.
Cycling: Cliffs & Muroran View – Approx. 2 hrs
Ride along dramatic cliffs with views of the Pacific Ocean, Muroran’s skyline, and Hakuchō Bridge.
Break at Cape Chikyu – 30 min
Enjoy a sandwich and hot coffee with a breathtaking ocean view.
Cycling: Through the Industrial Port – Approx. 1 hr
Cruise through Muroran’s unique steelworks scenery.
Wrap-up & Return to Adex Base – Approx. 40 min
After finishing the ride at Shiomi Park, your guide will assist with loading the bikes back into the van. Then enjoy a relaxing 40-minute drive back to Adex Base, taking in the final views of Muroran’s coastline.
Arrival at adex base & Tour Finish – Approx. 5 min
Back at adex base, your guide will share the photos taken during the tour. Say your goodbyes and take home memories of an unforgettable ride along Muroran’s coast.

What do I need to bring?
Small Backpack
Please bring a small backpack to carry your water, snacks, and other essentials.
Camera
There are many scenic spots along the way, so a camera is a great idea to capture the views. (A smartphone is also fine.)
Water & Snacks
Please bring enough water and snacks to stay hydrated and energized during the tour. A 500ml bottle of water will be provided, but you may want to bring additional water.
Hat & Sunglasses
We recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun.
Sunscreen
Sunscreen is advisable for sunny days.
Warm Clothing & Rain Gear
Depending on the season and weather, it can be windy and cold, so warm clothing and a light rain jacket are recommended.

Rental Items Provided
This tour includes electric bicycles (e-bikes) and helmets.
We provide up to 2 e-bikes, allowing you to enjoy the scenic route with extra support on hills and longer stretches. All equipment is carefully maintained for a safe and comfortable ride. Standard bicycles are also available upon request, depending on the tour setup and availability.
Fitness Level
This tour is suitable for beginners who are comfortable riding a bicycle. Some sections involve gradual slopes and light uphill climbs, but the overall pace is relaxed. Participants should be able to ride for a total of 2.5–3 hours with breaks.
Distance & Route
The total cycling distance is approximately 20 km (round trip).
The route includes scenic coastal roads, a few gentle hills, and urban paths. We will take regular breaks for photos and rest.
Dress & Clothing
Please wear athletic or cycling-appropriate clothing and shoes with good grip. Weather can change quickly near the coast, so we recommend bringing layers and a windproof or waterproof jacket.
Rain gear may be available for loan upon request.
Food & Snacks
A light meal (sandwich) and hot coffee will be provided at Cape Chikyu, along with one bottle of water (500ml). You are welcome to bring your own additional snacks or drinks if needed.
Other Considerations
:This is a small-group experience, limited to a maximum of 2 participants. Your guide will adjust the pace and provide support throughout the tour. In the event of severe weather or dangerous conditions, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled for your safety.

Cancellation Policy
If the tour is canceled due to bad weather on the day (heavy rain, strong winds, typhoons, heavy snow, etc.), we will refund 50% of the published price of the activity tour.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event. 70% if booking is cancelled 2 days, 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days and10% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event.
